Ryan discovered a love of art at an early age. He is an accomplished oil, acrylic, pencil and watercolor artist, as well as a tattooist. He began an apprenticeship at Brians Tattoo Studio in Abbotsford in 2003, where he worked for over five years, travelling to tattoo conventions all over North America, to further his craft. After moving to Victoria in December 2008, he opened Heritage Tattoo Studios. Although he doesn't want to specialize in one particular area, he's become known for his celtic, and nordic tattoo work.
